Association of ctDNA RAS mutational status and clinical benefits in first-line metastatic colorectal cancer therapy with chemotherapy plus anti-EGFR (overall response rate and progression-free survival): a brief report of systematic review and meta-analysis

Findings support ctDNA RAS status as a potential biomarker of benefit from anti-EGFR-based therapy in mCRC, although methodological standardization and prospective validation remain necessary.

Predictive biomarkers for cetuximab-based rechallenge therapy in metastatic colorectal cancer: a pooled analysis of the CAVE and CAVE-2 GOIM studies

In cetuximab–avelumab therapy, the absence of liver metastases and longer anti-EGFR-free interval might represent potential biomarkers and single-agent cetuximab activity is not influenced by clinical factors.
