AI Alignment for Digital Democracy: Fairer Voters Representation against LLM Biases

This work investigates demographic biases in LLM-emulated electorates: how accurately LLMs represent individual votes, whether some voter groups are represented more accurately than others, and whether AI alignment can reduce these disparities without sacrificing overall accuracy.

The Optimization Trilemma: Efficiency, Comfort and Fairness in Decentralized Multi-agent Coordination

A novel model to optimize those three orthogonal objectives, without any substantial increase in communication and computational overhead, is designed and demonstrated that it can achieve fairer optimization outcomes, while satisfying agents' preferences and system goals.
