Graph Domain Adaptation Does Not End with Representation Learning

EviGDA is proposed, an Evidence-Augmented Graph Domain Adaptation framework that complements graph representation adaptation with a graph-free local expert, and shows that EviGDA outperforms state-of-the-art baselines.
