AI4WaterGuard is a pipeline for detecting illegal agricultural water abstractions from Earth Observation and weather reanalysis time series. It covers Google Earth Engine data collection, unsupervised anomaly detection model training (autoencoder, ConvLSTM-VAE, Isolation Forest, and STL baselines), post-processing of anomaly scores into abstraction event candidates, explainability analysis, and spatiotemporal event clustering, over an agricultural region of Cyprus.
