Synthesis of novel 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxaline derivatives and their in vitro and in silico insights into anticancer activities

A novel series of 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxaline derivatives were rationally designed and synthesised, with the aim of exploring their potential anticancer properties, and anticancer efficacy and antitumor efficacy were demonstrated.

Chitosan-PLGA biopolymeric nanogel as a platform for enhanced methotrexate delivery and redox-modulated anti-inflammatory activity.

It is demonstrated that the pH-responsive Chitosan-PLGA nanogel provides efficient methotrexate encapsulation, controlled drug release, enhanced antioxidant activity, and potent anti-inflammatory effects, highlighting its promise as a nanocarrier platform for the treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases.
