RAFAIL: Relationship-Aware Failure Detection for Robotic Manipulation

RAFAIL is introduced, a framework for detecting execution failures during robotic manipulation that requires no failure data and achieves 73.4% balanced accuracy across three real-world robotic manipulation tasks, outperforming the strongest evaluated OOD- and uncertainty-based baselines.

FlowCorrect: Efficient Interactive Correction of Generative Flow Policies for Robotic Manipulation

The results clearly demonstrate that FlowCorrect learns from very few demonstrations and enables fast, sample-efficient, incremental, human-in-the-loop corrections of generative visuomotor policies at deployment time in real-world robotics.
