The DNA/RNA Helicase SETX Maintains R‐Loop Homeostasis to Promote Chemoresistance in Ovarian Cancer

Findings reveal a dual oncogenic role for SETX, which represents a promising therapeutic target, as its inhibition simultaneously suppresses tumor growth and overcomes chemotherapy resistance in ovarian cancer.
