Targeted O-GlcNAcylation enables functional rewiring of c-Myc.

An O-GlcNAcylation-targeting Chimera (OGTAC) is developed that recruits O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) to the oncogenic transcription factor c-Myc, enabling targeted O-GlcNAcylation in living cells without globally perturbing cellular O-GlcNAcylation.
