MODERN HR MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY
This article examines HR management methodology as a comprehensive system of principles, methods, and tools aimed at effectively leveraging human capital to achieve an organization's strategic goals. Attention is paid to implementation challenges and the criteria for methodology effectiveness.
