MODERN HR MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY

This article examines HR management methodology as a comprehensive system of principles, methods, and tools aimed at effectively leveraging human capital to achieve an organization's strategic goals. The evolution of approaches is presented: from classical administrative approaches to human resource management, strategic HRM, and modern concepts of Human Capital Management and Agile HR. Attention is paid to implementation challenges and the criteria for methodology effectiveness. The conclusion presents findings on the need for data integration, flexibility, and a focus on employee experience as fundamental elements of HR methodology in recent years, along with practical recommendations for organizations.
