Physical activity, atrial fibrillation and the dose-response relationship: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

PA and AF demonstrate a U-shaped relationship whereby beyond a quantitative dose threshold of 78 MET-hr/wk, the protective effect of exercise may reverse, and doses beyond 78 MET-hr/wk associated with increased odds of AF.

Sudden cardiac death risk after myocardial infarction across the spectrum of left ventricular ejection fraction: a meta-analysis.

This is the first meta-analysis reviewing post-MI patients with LVEF 36-50 with a clinically relevant unmet need for patients who carry a substantial burden of SCD despite being outside current ICD eligibility criteria.
