Opleiding Informatica Prompting strategies for mutation and crossover operators in LLM based evolutionary algorithms

This thesis contributes a methodology for evaluating prompt operators through isolated parent-child comparisons, enabling their behaviour to be characterized independently of complete evolutionary runs.
