Ketoprofen and meloxicam impair spermatogenesis and alter testicular histomorphology in rats
Findings indicate that subacute NSAID exposure compromises seminiferous epithelium architecture and spermatogenesis in rats, with ketoprofen inducing more pronounced deleterious effects on male reproductive function.
