Reproducibility Artifact: Scalable AMG Preconditioning for DG Neutron Diffusion Solvers on Manycore CPUs
This repository provides the reproducibility artifact accompanying the paper "Scalable AMG Preconditioning for DG Neutron Diffusion Solvers on Manycore CPUs," accepted at the 17th International Workshop on Performance Modeling, Benchmarking and Simulation of High Performance Computer Systems (PMBS), held in conjunction with SC26. It includes SLURM/batch benchmark scripts, CMake build configurations, solver parameter files (MueLu, BoomerAMG, ParILUT), and the raw CSV measurement data for the h-refinement, p-refinement, strong scaling, and roofline experiments reported in the paper (Tables II-IV, Figures 3-4), across three manycore CPU platforms (Intel Sapphire Rapids, AMD Genoa, NVIDIA Grace). The DONUT diffusion solver itself is not included due to institutional distribution restrictions (CEA); see README.md for details.
