Simultaneous single-cell profiling of chromatin, transcriptome and surface markers with OneCell CUT&Tag captures epigenomic reprogramming.

This approach uncovers epigenomic priming of basal cells in the mammary gland and captures the dynamics of basal-to-luminal transdifferentiation, suggesting that epigenomic and transcriptional remodeling do not occur in complete synchrony during cell-fate conversion.

Single cell multiomics unravel the transcription networks controlling the different EMT tumor states

The authors use single-cell multiomics and CRISPR/Cas9-mediated loss-of-function studies to identify key transcription factors controlling EMT states and metastasis and defines the transcriptional and chromatin landscape controlling EMT progression in mouse skin SCC.
