Simplify, Order, Break, Repeat

This paper presents a new algorithm that treats symmetry breaking not merely as a restriction mechanism, but as a simplification mechanism, which enables strong formula simplifications and substantially outperforms lex-leader and orbitopal fixing while producing compact proofs.
