ICARE-TNBC : Immune checkpoint-associated cardiotoxicity risk evaluation in early-stage triple-negative breast cancer

In patients with early-stage TNBC treated with pembrolizumab, cardiotoxicity was frequent and associated with a significant reduction in overall survival, and larger prospective studies are required to better characterise predictors of cardiotoxicity in this setting.
