Levodopa‐Responsive Parkinsonism Preceded by Isolated Upper Limb Tremor Associated with PTEN Variant

The potential role of PTEN in the pathogenesis of parkinsonism is discussed, and the spectrum of reported neurological features of PHTS is expanded to include hitherto unreported levodopa-responsive parkinsonism.
