Genomic subtypes inferred from clinical sequencing provide significant prognostic stratification in metastatic breast cancer

IntClust can be inferred from routine clinical sequencing and resolves survival heterogeneity not captured by ER or HER2, and reveals subtype-specific contexts for prognostic effects of the same mutation drivers, and for acquisition of ESR1 mutations.
