RetainQAudit: Paired retain-q selection-change auditing for ragged rating arrays
RetainQAudit is a bounded Python package for auditing selection changes under a per-item retain-q constraint in ragged rating arrays. It constructs unconstrained and capacity-constrained removal sets from the same priority order, exports exchanged members, verifies target-coverage accounting, and retains explicit failure states. Users supply the target labels and protocol; the software does not infer ground truth or prescribe which observations to remove. This software-only archive contains the frozen version 0.1.0 wheel and source distribution, a six-row artificial example, deterministic expected example outputs, and a bounded core test suite. It excludes the study's real data, manuscript, full-array results and institutional documents. Local checks use CPython 3.12.10 and NumPy 2.4.3 on macOS arm64; 243 included tests passed. These are same-team software checks, not external reproduction, user evaluation, clinical validation or full-paper reproduction. Archive revision: 20260910-r1.
