Advanced lung cancer inflammation index is associated with mortality in critically ill patients with acute kidney injury
Highlights • Lower ALI was associated with higher short-term mortality, but this association was attenuated after full adjustment.• ALI showed a linear inverse association with in-hospital mortality.• Lower ALI predicted higher 90-day mortality in critically ill AKI.
