Core genome MLST reveals genetic and BafA-associated phenotypic diversities in Bartonella henselae strains
A high-resolution cgMLST framework is established for B. henselae and it is demonstrated that genetically distinct strains have diverse endothelial cell phenotypes, indicating strain-dependent differences in endothelial cell injury.
