Abstract B052: Understanding latent resistance mechanisms and their phenotypes in pancreatic cancer organoids under KRASG12D inhibition

The rate of acquired resistance to Zoldonrasib was found to be rapid in PCO models and independent of EGF stimulation, and opposing signaling pathway activation in resistant PCOs to Zoldonrasib at 200nM dependent upon EGF stimulation was suggested.
