KOH2 GNSS Ionospheric TEC Analysis and Reproducibility Dataset (2019–2026)
This dataset provides analysis-ready data, derived statistical products, and a limited subset of RINEX GNSS observation data used for independent verification and reproducibility of the results presented in the associated monograph on ionospheric Total Electron Content (TEC) over Livingston Island, Antarctica. The dataset covers GNSS station KOH2 for the period 2019–2026 and includes hourly and daily TEC products derived with PyTECGg, comparisons with IGS Final GIM, Madrigal GNSS TEC and PyIRI, sensitivity analysis using CODE, ESA, JPL and UPC global ionospheric products, solar and geomagnetic analyses, OLS and equal-year weighted WLS regression results, storm/quiet-day comparisons, lagged geomagnetic analyses, and bootstrap robustness tests. The original raw GNSS observations are stored in Trimble T02 format. For reproducibility from the observational data, this record includes RINEX observation files converted from the raw T02 observations: a representative daily 30 s RINEX file and the complete set of 10 Hz RINEX observations for 1 January 2025 used in the experimental geometry-free phase-fluctuation analysis. These RINEX files constitute only a limited reproducibility subset of the complete KOH2 observational archive. The complete raw T02 archive is not included in this dataset. The RINEX subset is provided with permission solely for scientific verification and reproducibility of the processing workflow and reported results. Associated processing and validation software is published separately as KOH2 GNSS Ionospheric TEC Processing and Validation Scripts, Version 1.0.1, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22309322. Detailed file descriptions, variable definitions, provenance, processing information, and reuse conditions are provided in README.md, DATA_DICTIONARY.csv, FILE_MANIFEST.csv, and LICENSE.txt.
