Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Dan Web E-Commerce Tanggo Coffee Dalam Meningkatkan Keunggulan Kompetitif

The rapid advancement of information technology has brought significant changes to various business sectors, including the modern coffee shop industry. Tanggo Coffee, a local coffee shop in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, currently relies on a conventional sales and delivery system. This manual method often leads to operational issues, such as errors in recording customer orders, long service queues, and ineffective delivery route management. Through this research, a mobile-based coffee sales and delivery application embedded with the Google Maps API was designed to simplify overall store operations. The software development process applies the Waterfall method with an object-based approach, with stages including store needs analysis, system design, program coding, and functional testing. The application is designed using the Flutter framework for user interfaces and utilizes Firebase as the backend system. The integration of the Google Maps API makes it easier for stores to monitor courier positions in real time, measure distance traveled, and determine the fastest delivery route. Based on the results of Black-Box Testing, the system's feature success rate reached 97.6%. Meanwhile, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results with 25 respondents yielded a user satisfaction rate of 88.4%, with an average score of 4.17 on a scale of 5.00. This research concluded that the mobile app can boost work efficiency, speed up transaction flow, and provide a more enjoyable shopping experience for Tanggo Coffee customers.
