Settlement layer, full annual accessibility panel, motorway access points, 2025 rail cross-section and NUTS-3 aggregates underlying the article "Spatial inequalities in motorway accessibility across Europe: a settlement-level panel, 2010–2025" (under review). Road distance and travel time from 282,870 settlements in thirty countries to the nearest motorway access point, every year 2010–2025, computed on the OpenStreetMap road network with geodesic edge lengths and with population entering neither the measure nor the aggregation. Version 2.0.0 extends version 1.0.0 (twenty-three countries) by Hungary, Norway, Portugal, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia and Liechtenstein, adds the motorways of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro and Kosovo as dated targets, and restores the station-side access leg of the rail cross-section. Every headline statistic of the article is re-derivable from these files alone; recipes and conventions are in README.md, column definitions in DATA_DICTIONARY.md, file integrity in CHECKSUMS.sha256. Geometry is ETRS89-LAEA (EPSG:3035). The deposit is a derivative database of OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) published under ODbL 1.0; input sources and their licences (Eurostat Census GRID 2021 V3; UKCEH gridded population 1 km 2021, OGL v3; State Statistical Office of North Macedonia Census 2021; Copernicus DEM GLO-90) are attributed in README.md. The routing graph is not deposited; it is rebuildable from dated Geofabrik extracts and verified by checksum as described in the article's supplementary material.
