Student-Centered Approach in International School Management: Principles, Tools, and Implementation Outcomes

The article examines the student-centered approach to international school management in the context of digitalization, globalization, and the transformation of modern educational systems. The study was conducted in the format of a structured analytical review and conceptual synthesis of scientific publications devoted to educational leadership, organizational transformation of international schools, personalized learning, teacher support, and the development of student autonomy. The study considers the limitations of traditional administrative systems based on centralized management and standardized educational processes, as well as the influence of organizational flexibility, inclusive leadership, teacher professional autonomy, and the digital educational environment on the sustainability of educational transformation. It was found that the effectiveness of an international school is determined not by individual educational initiatives, but by the coherence between leadership systems, organizational culture, teacher professional development mechanisms, personalized curricula, and the student development environment. An original model of student-centered international school management is proposed, based on the interconnection between leadership philosophy, institutional mechanisms, educational environment, and long-term educational outcomes. The obtained results make it possible to consider student-centered management as one of the key mechanisms for the sustainable transformation of international schools under conditions of increasing organizational and educational complexity. The article may be of interest to researchers in educational management, international education, organizational leadership, and digital transformation of educational systems, as well as to administrators of international schools and educational organizations.
